All orders are manufactured and shipped from Canada.
Orders are processed during regular business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays).
All international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.
Under DAP terms:
The customer acts as the Importer of Record
The customer is responsible for all import VAT, taxes, and clearance/brokerage fees
These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not controlled by us
Customs authorities may contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.
As a Canadian manufacturer, our products are qualified for zero customs duty under applicable trade agreements, including:
CETA (for shipments to the European Union)
Canada–United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (for shipments to the United Kingdom)
Please note:
Trade agreements may reduce or eliminate customs duty, but they do not eliminate VAT.
To ensure smooth customs processing, customers must provide:
Full legal company name
Complete delivery address
Contact phone number and email
Valid VAT number (if registered)
Valid EORI number
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.
Import VAT is charged by the destination country at the time of customs clearance.
If your business is VAT-registered, import VAT may generally be recoverable through your local VAT return, provided you are listed as the Importer of Record and retain proper import documentation.
If your business is not VAT-registered, VAT will be a non-refundable cost.
We strongly recommend that VAT-registered businesses provide their valid VAT and EORI numbers at checkout to prevent delays.
To prevent clearance issues, please enter your numbers in the correct format:
VAT Number:
Format: GB + 9 digits
Example: GB123456789
EORI Number:
Format: GB + 12 digits
Example: GB123456789000
VAT Number:
Format: Country code + digits
Examples:
Germany: DE123456789
France: FR12345678901
Italy: IT12345678901
EORI Number:
Usually the same as the VAT number (country code + digits).
Please include the two-letter country prefix when entering your VAT or EORI number.
Incorrect or incomplete VAT/EORI information may result in shipment delays or additional charges.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, VAT, or customs fees:
Return shipping charges
Brokerage fees
Administrative costs
may be deducted from any applicable refund.
